my inventions

The thing that I would invent would be, a clone machine. I would do this because then people would never be bored anymore. If you were bored then you could just clone someone and then you could go out and have fun with your clone.

if i were to make this then i would make alot of money because who doesnt want a clone for themselves?

Anthony Felice Invention

I am going to invent the ultimate home appliance. The base will be a coffee maker teamed up with not 1 but 7 toasters, and an easy bake oven.

A charcoal grill and a gas grill will be the cooking surfaces and there will be a bottomless soda fountain vending machine. There will be two TVs in it along with a Wii, Xbox, PS3, and a 360.

A nuclear fission reactor will power this devise and may explode. There is a 99.9825% fail rate on this device due to complexities.

Other than that i should be a millionare nahhh billionaire by tueday. This thing is only gunna cost like $12 and 43 cents.

phone

the thing that i would invent is a phone that tells everything that is going to happen in the future. for example like what is going to be the score of game 7 of the nba finals. the front cover would consist of a touch screen that has the numbers and letters to dial numbers and text. there will be this button that you press and a projection screen comes out of the phone and you can watch live tv and movies.

the phone is a going to be a flip phone and the inside screen is going to be a touch screen that has a keyboard. you can also watch live tv and movies and live sports events. this phone also has a teleport station that you can walk into it and you can pick on a place that you want to go to. if you want to go to hawaii you just click on a link, like on a computer and yo will get teleported there. if you want to go to game 7 of the nba finals you find yourself there in about 10 minutes.

also on this phone you can receive credits by how many miles you travel. the credits can be turned into money. which you can buy clothes, movies, songs from limewire, and tickets to concerts, and sporting events. this phone will have everything in it that you need. you can buy food. basically this phone, has a phone, computer, teleportation system and store inside of it.

the problems that i could see happening with this phone is that the teleportation system doesnt work. the computer part of it doesnt work, and the phone in general because there is so much stuff inside of it. the phone might be really slow because there is alot of memory going through it and it might freeze ever so often.

My Invention

My invention would be a special machine that would get you ready in the morning with just a push of a button. All you have to do is step into the machine and press a button. The button will brush your teeth and hair and also put on an outfit in a matter of seconds. It could also be used for changing into your pjs or anytime during the day.

This machine would be about the size of a closet so you could stand in it. You would say what you would like done, like change of clothes and hair and the voice activator would process it and you would then hit a button when your ready and in a blink of an eye its done.

I would want this to be invented, because it would make much more time in your day. In the morning you could wake up in the last minute and get ready in time and go to work or school. This personally would make my day much easier.

Any problems would be technical problems. If the machine would not work properly and give you funky outfits or anything related to that.

Christian Seeking Clown Launcher

This is a super rocket powered by Jolt with clowns for ammo. This particular weapon of mass hilarity will use a fusion core powered by Jolt the best drink ever made. Then the fusion core will put a pure blast of energy launching the clown through the air at 300 miles and above. All the while an advanced targeting system will lock on to annoying and tyrannical christians (and basically any religion related to them). It will be free for anyone NOT christian and it will be mandatory to have one to fight off Jehovah's witnesses. Also, if you run out of Jolt it will be powered by free thought and non-prejudice.

inventionn.

I think that magic should be invented, =] i would want this to be invented because if there was magic you could get everything you wanted.
There is nothing i could do to have magic be invented, it would never happen. It was the only thing at the moment that i could think of that i would want invented that is already.
If there was magic so many more people in this world be be happier then they are. Its not even like super powers, with magic you would have every supper power in the world.
Also if magic is invented, then everything that anyone wanted to be invented would be invented.

needed invention

invention: a pill that will prevent you from sleeping but will keep healthy and able to function for up to a week straight. this pill could have massive amounts of caffeine and vitamins to keep you awake for a week straight!
-i would want this to be invented to stay awake. Being awake for 24 hours a day would make you be able to have time to do so much more to do so much more things that would need to be done.
-this pill could also have very bad side effects. the massive amount of caffeine could damage your body or maybe you could get insomnia from not sleeping for a week.

Final Exam

My plans for what i am doing after school are to go to summer school. After i get my diploma i will by either attending college or getin a job and takiung a year off from school. Maybe do a little bit of traveling.
My main goal is to go to college first. I will be trying to go to new england tech. i will be going there to study auto mechanics.
I plan to stay in Bellingham while i decide on what is best for my future. If it comes down to it and i cannot afford college then that is when i shall be getting a job.

douglas engelbart

Douglas Engelbart was born on January 30th 1925, and is famous for the invention of the computer mouse. Douglas Engelbart is a pioneer of human computer interactions whose team developed "hypertext". He accomplished the invention of the computer mouse and completly changed america with it. There are millions of people in the world with computers that all have a mouse and you cant work a computer without one. My guess is that this man is very very very rich. Douglas Engelbart is still alive, he is 83 and is a resident of Oregon. I make use of this invention every day and im using one as we speak.

C. J. Rapp

C. J. Rapp is the inventor of the drink Jolt. His company is Wet Planet Beverges, which markets ten beverage brands in 22 countries. The jolt drink had the maximum amount of caffenine that was allowed and also has many other products in the market. Many students and adults use this drink to stay awake and have energy. Personally, I have never tried Jolt or any drinks from C. J. Rapp.

C. J. Rapp by Anthony Felice

C.J. Rapp is an American beverage inventor known for inventing Jolt Cola. The drink contains 72 mg of caffine and was developed in 1985. Rapp promoted his cola by emphasizing that it had twice the caffeine found in other colas. The slogan on every bottle and can of Jolt read "Twice the Caffeine." He is a very wealthy indivdual for creating such a sweeeeeet product. Im not sure of his age but the drink is 23 years old and thats all that matters. I have def used this product and it is extremely good, sadly i have not used it today however. . .

Tavares Hackers

Jonathan James committed a bunch of hacks into Bellshouth and the Miami school system. What warned the feds about him was his hacks into the Defense threat reduction agency. He later admitted to authorities later that he created a back door into a computer server in Dulles Virginia.

Adrian Lamo is a former grey hat hacker. His bets know hacks were of the New York times and Microsoft. Also he is known for trying to identify computer flaws in fortune 500 company's.

An exploit is a chunk of data or piece of software designed to take advantage of a bug or glitch and cause unanticipated behavior to occur. Frequently includes gaining control of computer system.

Zombie computer is a computer attached to the internet that is controlled by a hacker. Zombies have been extensively used to send email spam.

The Melissa virus is a mass-mailing macro virus. First found on March 26, 1999, Melissa shut down Internet mail systems that got clogged with infected e-mails propagating from the worm. Melissa was not originally designed for harm, but it overflowed servers and caused unplanned problems.Melissa was first distributed in the Usenet discussion group alt.sex. The virus was inside a file called "List.DOC", which contained passwords that allow access into 80 pornographic websites. The worm's original form was sent via e-mail to many people.

electronic devices

Virtual Surround Sound
Virtual surround sound has the same effect as having 4 or 5 speakers around the TV, but it uses fewer speakers and not as many cables. These systems come in two kinds 2.1 surround and digital sound projection. Most of the time, 2.1-surround systems use two speakers in front of the listener and a subwoofer placed somewhere else in the room. These sound like 5.1 surround system which has five speakers and a subwoofer. Digital sound projectors, on the other hand, use a single strip of small speakers to produce sound. Many digital sound projectors do not include a subwoofer. Both of these systems work in the same way. They use certain techniques to modify sound waves so that they seem to come from more speakers than are really there. These techniques came from the study of psychoacoustics, which means the manner in which people perceive sound.

Ashley Viveiros "HSW"

McLaren F1

  • Revealed to the public in May 1992 and was on the road by 1994.
  • BMW Motorsports was contracted to design and build the engine.
  • One good thing the McLaren F1 has is that the driver’s seat is personally fitted to each owner.
  • Another good thing about the McLaren F1 is that it has two passenger seats mounted slightly behind on each side of the driver seat.
  • One drawback to this car is that it is very small.
  • I do not own a McLaren F1 because they are very expensive but i would love to own one because i like small cars and i also love going fast.

Melissa Laquerre, "HSW" digital cameras

Eugene F. Lally of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory published the first description of how to produce still photos in a digital domain using a mosaic photosensor. The concept included camera design elements foreshadowing the first digital camera. Texas Instruments designed a filmless analog camera in 1972, but it is not known whether it was ever built. The first recorded attempt at building a digital camera was in 1975 by Steven Sasson, an engineer at Eastman Kodak. It used the then-new solid-state CCD image sensor chips developed by Fairchild Semiconductor in 1973. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_cameras#Early_development

Two good things of a digital camera are to take pictures of moments to remeber and also when it was first built it was used to provide onboard navigation information to astronauts during missions to planets.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_cameras#Early_development

One drawback is the difficulty to learn how to work the camera and get the perfect pictures.

I have a digital camera and I use it to take pictures for fun or specail occasions.

Tavares HSW 1966 Chevelle ss

First came about in 1966.
Created by Chevrolet
Two other inventions that made it possible were the engine and the brakes
This invention helps you get around and go fast
One possible drawback is gas consumption

Today's assignment, Monday May 19

Today in Smart Lab, you will need to do the following:A) go to this website http://www.howstuffworks.com/
and pick out one topic from either the computer section
at http://computer.howstuffworks.com/

or from the electronics section at http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/

or from the automotive section at http://auto.howstuffworks.com/

The choice of topic is yours. For example, in the automotive section, there are articles about how motorcycles work, about alternative fuels, hybrid cars, all kinds of stuff. Likewise, the electronics section has articles about the inner workings of “Guitar Hero”, how DVRs work, and the history of mp3 music. The computer section has articles about how USB memory sticks work, how DVD players work, where Linux came from, etc etc.

B) Once you’ve chosen a topic, you need to find out at least the following about whatever topic you’ve elected to look at:
ü When the thing was first invented
ü The person, or persons or companies involved in its creation
ü Two other inventions which made this thing possible
ü At least two good things which this gadget or invention does
ü At least one possible drawback to having this device
ü Do you already own one of them, and what ways do you use it.
C) All the answers to the questions listed above will have to be answered in a blog post, which you will make on our blog -- you know, the one where you have to log in first! Please save this new blogpost with your name, plus the letters “HSW” plus the name of the device you read about
D) Also, this blog posting must have a link to the EXACT webpage where you got your information from.

Cheers --- Mr. L

rootkit

A rootkit is a program (or combination of several programs) designed to take fundamental control (in Unix terms "root" access, in Windows terms "Administrator" access) of a computer system, without authorization by the system's owners and legitimate managers. Access to the hardware (ie, the reset switch) is rarely required as a rootkit is intended to seize control of the operating system running on the hardware. Typically, rootkits act to obscure their presence on the system through subversion or evasion of standard operating system security mechanisms. Often, they are also Trojans as well, thus fooling users into believing they are safe to run on their systems. Techniques used to accomplish this can include concealing running processes from monitoring programs, or hiding files or system data from the operating system.[1]

The caffeine molecule t-shirt -- on sale!!!

OK, I'm only going to say this once: stop telling me how bad it is for me to drink so much caffeinated soda! I don't drink, I don't smoke, I hardly eat any meat, my lunch consists of fruit, veggies, yogurt, shredded wheat in a bag, fruit juice and a salad. If you're reading this, whoever you are, whatever your age, there's a good chance I will outlive you all.

So if I want to drink ONE JOLT PER DAY...so be it!

Besides, most people eat their candy, I just want to drink mine. 'Nuff said!

In any event, Thinkgeek.com has their legendary "caffeine molecule" t-shirt on sale this week. Just thought you might appreciate the FYI.
