Today, we be making another foray into blog posting with a discussion of some current event. Here is what you need to do:
A) look up what's going on in the world. Here are some good places to find out what's up:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/ BBC World News
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Current_events

http://news.google.com/ a list of different news sources on Google
B) pick a story that is interesting to you; just make sure it's school appropriate, as I will delete all non-appropriate stories
C) make a blog post about this story of at least two paragraphs of four complete senetences each. Please tell us what happened, where it took place, who was involved, what you think about it and why anyone else should really care. PLEASE BE APPROPRIATE!!!
D) When you are done, make up any work you have for me while you're waiting for others to finish (I can tell you where you stand)
E) time permitting, post a comment of not less than two complete sentences about someone else's blog post. PLEASE BE APPROPRIATE!!!
